BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors includes all Officers, the two immediate Past Presidents, Directors-At-Large, Chair or Co-Chairs of the following committees: Field Trips, Membership, Speaker's Bureau, Librarian and those whose names are designated by an (*). Board meetings are held at 5:45 p.m. at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens Conference Room (upstairs) before each membership meeting.
DIRECTORS-AT-LARGE
Directors-at-Large, not less than two nor more than five, are elected by the membership at the Annual Membership Meeting.
